Just a suggestion here, since we nearly put a Lutheran hymnal with the
Liberal Catholic Church.
Friends-Lutheran is indented until we get to Lutheran itself.  Is there a
better way to express this in LCCS?
Same thing goes for Mennonite-Methodist.
