[Classweb-users] KZ7177.I53

Thanks to Pat and others who replied directly to me regarding this
question. It has been suggested that first cutter .I53 might represent
Inchoate crimes or Incitement, which seems to be inappropriate for my piece
in-hand.

Can anyone from LC (PSD?) weigh in on this question?
