cataloging queue, and LC has classed this at KZ7177.I53. ClassWeb indicates
KZ7177.A-Z, Other crimes against humanity or war crimes, A-Z. Although
there are a few other titles classed in the LC catalog under KZ7177.I53,
it's unclear to me why the first cutter is .I53, as all the LC titles have
first subject heading Hate crimes — Law and legislation or some variation
thereof.

Should another cutter be used for such titles?
