Thanks, John! Yes, I've used the Slavic Funnel for subject proposals. I'll contact the coordinator for advice re: Cutter number proposal for a special topic.

There is already a lcsh for Fruška Mountains (Serbia) sh 85052191, so all that is needed is the legit cutter PG1408.2 .F78 for this topic to show in the schedules.

The proper channel is probably to join SACO or join a SACO funnel.  There is a Slavic SACO funnel and I see that the Univ. of Toronto is a member.
