[Classweb-users] Help with a Chinese literature translation -- PL2919

Hi everyone, 

I have book, Lapse of Time , by Wang Anyi. ISBN 7119033603. I need help to use table P-PZ40 correctly for this. The class number is PL 29 19. 

I need help with the second cutter. I am thinking that since it is a translation of the original in Chinese, that the second cutter should be A2. Is this correct? From what I have done previously, I have only used "Separate works. By title" if one is cataloging the book in the original language. Is this correct? 

I see an OCLC record #62791637 that has the second cutter starting with L. This seems unusual to me given what I see in the table. 

Any assistance that you can provide would be most appreciated.
