[Classweb-users] Special artists under NE1113

You need to backtrack to see that there is a number because a table is applied.  Start at NE1101-1196.3.  The number for special artists in Canada is NE1113.5, which you get by expanding General under Canada.

At NE1113 there appears to be no number to add for special artists like there is under ethnic group at NE1113.2-.3.  Should there be a span of numbers added under General NE1113 for different centuries and to add for special artists not part of the ethnic group number?
