[Classweb-users] Special artists under NE1113

Hello,
 
At NE1113 there appears to be no number to add for special artists like there is under ethnic group at NE1113.2-.3.  Should there be a span of numbers added under General NE1113 for different centuries and to add for special artists not part of the ethnic group number?
