I have a law book published 1998 in Montenegro, title: Zakon o vanparnicnom postupku.

Looking at KKZ I would use for Montenegro,

KKZ 5501-5599 to 1991  Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
KKZ 1-4999 for 1992-2003 Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
KKZ 1-9999 for 2003-2006 State Union of Serbia and Montenegro
KKL 1001-1505 for 2006- Independent State of Montenegro

So, for a 1998 publication I would use KKZ1-4999?

But, the m/e and subject should be Yugoslavia, no?
