or countries--Africa--

NK4177.6.S6-.S62 Africa--Western Africa--By country, A-Z--Southwest 
Africa. Namibia
NK4178.6.N3-.N32 Africa--Southern Africa--By country, A-Z--Namibia

I think you want to delete the former and keep the latter.  FYI, Namibia 
was once called South-West Africa.
