[Classweb-users] DK35.5 vs. DK510.36

Hello,

Would more experienced catalogers be able to shed some light on the 
difference between classing materials in DK35.5 vs. DK510.36? Is the 
difference solely in the fact that the former applies to emigres from 
the entire territory of Russian Empire/Soviet Union, while the latter 
only applies to emigres from Russia proper? If so, this difference seems 
rather subtle; furthermore, LC appears to class comparable works on 
emigres in both numbers. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
