The Classification Web order form and end-user license agreement are
now posted at the URL http://lcweb.loc.gov/cds/ClassWeb_application.html


To expedite your order, please read all of the explanatory information
carefully and fill out the order form as completely as possible.   If
the information that companies the order form as well as the product
information at http://www.loc.gov/cds/classweb.html  is not sufficient
to answer your questions,  email your inquiries to cdsinfo at loc.gov.
