Leaving Class Web listservs

Members of Classification Web listservs,

There have been some queries concerning the process for leaving the
classweb-announce or classweb-users listservs.

The URL HTTP://classweb.loc.gov/ugroup.html offers more complete
information for both joining or leaving these listservs, but  the
simplest method for leaving a listserv is the following:

Individuals can leave a user group list without any LC intervention  by
sending the following e-mail message to listserv at loc.gov:

     signoff classweb-users


Similarly, individuals can leave the announce list by sending the
followign email message to listserv at loc.gov:

   signoff classweb-announce

We value your interest in Classification Web and  these listservs offer
a great opportunity to continue to receive pertinent information on this
product, but for those who have moved on to other things, it is possible
to sign off.
