If you are experiencing any "Page Not Found" issues, the most likely culprit is your web browser cache. To remedy the problem, try the following (in this order): 1) Exit your browser (you can leave your tabs open) and restart the browser. Most browsers have an option in which they will reopen any tabs you had open when the browser shut down. ClassWeb stores your session ID in a permanent cookie, so you can exit your browser and restart it without having to log in again, or use up an additional session. The default configuration for most web browsers is to check for modified content after a restart. This will spot the stale ClassWeb pages. 2) If that doesn't fix things, try clearing the cache in your web browser. The directions given here only clear cached files and you will not loose any cookies, preferences or anything else (if you do decide to clear all of your cookies, log out of ClassWeb first): In Firefox: Select History, Clear Recent History. Only the "Cache" box needs to be checked. In Chrome: Click on the History link from the "..." options icon. Select "Clear Browsing Data", uncheck everything except "Cached Images and Files", make sure "All time" is the "Time Range" selected and then click the "Clear Data" button. If you are still having problems, please contact us at "support at classificationweb.net". Let us know which web page you are coming from and which link you clicked on when you had the issue.
