[Classweb-users] Reference number puzzle

Below KZ118-194 there is a reference that says "For collections of treaties of a particular country with other countries see KZ235.3-236.3" but that range is only for US treaties.  I think it should refer to KZ221-1153.2.

There's another caption there (By region or country) that lacks a number span in the display.  There seem to be a lot of these in KZ.
