I would like to ask how to you create CUTTER NUMBER for cities, towns or regions in a particular country especially those that are not included in Regions and Countries Table - Geographic Tables Based on Cutter Numbers - LC Shelflisting G300 and U.S. States and Canadian Provinces Table - Geographic Tables Based on Cutter Numbers - LC Shelflsting G302. EXAMPLE: What would be the cutter for Las Pi?as City (Philippines) for DS 689? >From Classweb: DS 689.A-Z??? Cities, towns, etc., A-Z? e.g. DS689.B2??? Baguio? DS689.C5??? Cebu? DS689.M2??? Manila? DS689.M24 Marzo Site? DS689.P3??? Paete Do I use the cutter table for this? Or does LC provide cutter number for cities and regions in the Philippines? Where to find that link or document? What is the standard rule to follow? Can you please give other example using a city in the Philippines? I appreciate all the feedback. However, my piece in hand is for securities taxation in Australia, which uses Table KL-KWX6. KL-KWX6 3174.A-Z should be analogous to KL-KWX4 3640, except there are only two topic areas established, KL-KWX6 3174.A3 for Admissions. Amusements and KL-KWX6 3174.M68 for Motor vehicles.
