I have fixed this, but it is not elegant.  The problem is that the regional area is expanded differently in different parts of the schedule, and the table cannot account for the variations.

The correction will appear with tomorrow's update to Class Web.

If I put KQC119 in the browse search box, it takes me to KQC116 with the caption Regional divisions, Subregions, and it looks like the next number is KQC126.  It's only if I scroll up that I see there is another line for KQC116-121.3 that can be expanded.  There the caption for KQC116 is North Africa.
