[Classweb-users] Too many cutters allowed?

Guys, take a look at BX4844.6.Z8A6-.Z8Z
As I understand this, as it is written, this is for individual biography,
with the biographee cuttered between A6 and Z8 (why not just Z?) and then
cuttered by author or title m.e. But that is not the way LC uses this
class. Is there an error here?
Book in hand: Der Marburger Theologe Hans Grass. 2012.
Currently it is classed as BX4844.6.Z8|bG73 2012
Why not BX4844.6.Z8|G738 2012 (where the "8" = the cutter for the author,
successivley cuttered)?
Are my instincts correct about this
