[Classweb-users] Individual institutions class number

I am new to this University.  I am trying to catalog some backlog of our University's publications for Special Collections.  Our University is Eastern Washington University.  The closest class numbers are LD1741.E57 for Eastern Oregon University, and LD1741.E62 for Eisenhower College.  The class numbers used in our catalog vary over the years, but the most used number is LD1747.  It seems to be out of the sequence in the class web.

My questions:
1. If our University is not listed in the class web, how do we determine our class number?
2. How do we know if we are a one-number or ten-number university?
