with "By region" repeated under both numbers.

In the 2008 print version of LCC Schedule, U-V, in turn, this part is shown as:

             VK1287.A-Z     By region, A-Z
             VK1288.A-Z     By country, A-Z

with "By region" only under VK1287, but not under VK1288.

The last modification date of LCCN CF 94148725 for LCC number VK1288 indicated in Classification Web is Aug. 8, 2008.
