Book in hand: The lawful rights of mankind, 1985 and 1986

Back then LC classed it in K3240.4, using Table I, for five numbers,
and the .4 was correct for general works.  Has that changed?  I don't
see it in the current K3240 or in the K3236, use table K.  Again has
something changed? And why?  Where do we put the collected works?
