NA995 "Architecture--History--Architecture of special countries--Europe--Great Britain. England--Other local, A-Z"  would seem to be a redundant number.
 It is listed after the headings for England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales which all have their own local subdivisions. This has resulted in items on the same subject being split between two numbers.
E.g. Architecture of Edinburgh can be found under NA981.E3  and  NA995.E35.

Could NA995 be bracketed as obsolete or otherwise removed from use?
