[Classweb-users] HB991 or HB991.A3 for Europe General works?

Since Europe is a one-number region in Table H2 (81), Table HB911/3 is used for subarrangement.  That table specifies .A3 for General works.  So the correct number is HB991.A3.

I am not sur how to interpret class number for: 

Economic theory. Demography--Demography. Population. Vital events--Births. 
Fertility--By region or country--Europe--General--General works 

Should it be HB991 or HB991.A3 for Europe "General works"?
LCC Paper version seems to assigns HB991.
