The hierarchy at BF698.8.N39 is this.
Psychology--Personality--Personality assessment. Research--Personality testing--Navy Computer Adaptive Personality Scales--Navy Computer Adaptive Personality Scales

Note the duplication of Navy Computer Adaptive Personality Scales.

Shouldn't it be?
Psychology--Personality--Personality assessment. Research--Personality testing--Special tests, A-Z--Navy Computer Adaptive Personality Scales
