[Classweb-users] Annotating subject headings

Is there any functionality in Classweb for local users to annotate the
Subject Headings database?  We can see how we can annotate the
Classification database by using the "N" link.  But anything like this
for the LCSH portion?  Or if not, any interest or development heading in
this direction?
