file, but only the latter appears in ClassWeb.

Is this intended to be similar to LCCN sh 93001744 (United States$xPolitics
and government$y1989-) vs. sh 89000002 (United States$xPolitics and
government$y1989-1993)? (Or should 1989 be closed off at 2001, in light of
LCCN sh2001002071 (United States$xPolitics and government$y2001-)?)
