I too have experience extreme slowness.  I'm glad to hear that it isn't

Has anyone else experienced problems this morning?

I can barely get logged on; then trying to execute searches (LCC or
LCSH) is painfully slow (response times in excess of 2, 3, 4+(?) min. or
no response at all).

All my other web sites appear to be functional.
