Hello,

When appears "By date" classifying legislation (For example:
<<Spain--Cultural affairs--Education--Higher education.
Universities--General--Comparative and uniform state, provincial, etc.
legislation --Unannotated editions. By date>>) -- KKT3147.A28 Monographs.
By date --

Is it the date of publication or the date of the legislative papers?

Thanks,
