When browsing the Classification schedule, preceding the class number
BV2790, the hierarchy is displayed as follows:
Practical theology
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=0&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --Missions
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=1&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --Missions in individual countries
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=2&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --America
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=3&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --North America
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=4&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --United States
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=BV2799&max=5&key=_00BV2790_00BV2801_
009_00',%20null)> --By region
However, when you select one of the lines from BV2790 to BV2801, the
hierarchy (which is displaying regions) reads as follows:
Practical theology
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=0&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --Missions
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=1&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --Missions in individual countries
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=2&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --America
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=3&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --North America
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=4&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --United States
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=5&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --By ethnic group
<javascript:top.GoTo('up',%20'&span=bv2790&max=6&key=_00BV2801_00_009_00
',%20null)> --Pacific Coast
"By ethnic group" needs to be changed to "by region."
Thanks!
Rebecca
This number has been used for "Terrorism" on many LC records for works published 1985-2005, but it doesn't appear in the KJ-KKZ1 table. Has it been inadvertently deleted from the schedule?
Thanks,
George
