Subarrangement is by main entry, using Cutter numbers within the range .A1-.A3.  The general rule in the Library of Congress classification is that, in the absence of any explicit instructions to the contrary, subarrangement is by main entry.

There isn't any separation of the range .A1-A3 at HV1475.  Could you 
please explain what these should be?
