Reminder - Final Issue of Classification Plus Coming Soon

Dear Colleagues,

The Cataloging Distribution Service (CDS) wishes to remind subscribers
to Classification Plus (CD-ROM) that Issue 4, 2002 will be the final
issue.  Issue 4 is scheduled to be distributed in the latter part of
November 2002.

For continued electronic access to LC Classification and Subject
Headings in 2003, Class Plus subscribers must switch to Classification
Web.

*Current subscribers to Class Plus and the Desktop/Class Plus Combo
package may switch to Class Web immediately and have any remaining
issues of their Class Plus subscription applied to Class Web.

* Renewing subscribers must purchase Cataloger's Desktop and
Classification Web separately.  For details on ordering these products
visit the following Web sites:

        Cataloger's Desktop http://www.loc.gov/cds/cdroms1.html


Customers should begin the order process for their Class Web
subscription as soon as possible to assure continuous electronic access
to LC Classification and Subject Headings.
